Order Fulfillment Policy
In most circumstances, we will process your order within two business days of receipt.
If we do not have some items available at the time of your order, we will ship the items that are available. Items that are not available at the time of your order will not be automatically shipped to you when they become available unless you ask us to do so. You may also let us know that you would like us to Special Order any items that are not currently available. Extra charges may be incurred in some cases.
Pickup Policy
We will package all items available and charge your credit card for the amount of the items plus applicable sales tax at the time the items are ready for pick up. We will send you an e-mail confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up. A copy of your Receipt or a photo ID may be required for pick up.
If your order is not picked up within 14 days of Notice for Pick Up, we will return the items to our stock and credit your account less a $10.00 restocking fee.
Shipping/Delivery Policy
Most orders are shipped using standard ground delivery. Depending on your location, deliveries will generally be made within a maximum of five to seven days after shipment. We use United Parcel Service or the United States Post Office under most circumstances.
We will charge your credit card for the items to be delivered along with applicable sales tax and shipping/handling charges when the items are ready to be shipped. FREE SHIPPING within the contiguous 48 U.S. States on Vitamin Guy Brand.
Priority or Overnight shipments may be made by special request and are subject to additional charges. Use the Additional Information text block to make your request.
If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please call us or send us e-mail with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible.
Sales Tax Policy
State sales taxes are applied to all shipments of taxable items within California. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside California. Sales taxes may vary and are calculated at checkout. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted to the State of California. Payment Policy
Payment for phone or mail orders will be made via your credit card when your order is ready to be shipped. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added in accordance with our policies.
If your order is to be picked up, we will charge your credit card at the time the order is packaged and ready for pickup. We will notify you via e-mail that your order is ready and that your credit card has been charged. If your order is not picked up within 14 days of Notice for Pickup, we will return the items to our shelf and credit your card for the amount of the order minus a $10.00 restocking charge.
Return Policy
Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to us in person or via a return shipment no later than 60 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds may be provided for opened products returned to us in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund. Returned opened products are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.
